Our “Yes Ma’am, Yes Sir” Approach Is Simple And Effective

Our Warranties Protect You
Our Approach Serves You
It’s Always “Yes, Ma’am,
Yes, Sir” With Us
The truth is – no one’s perfect. Not even us.
When you have an exterior home remodel done by Ameritech Services, it comes with warranties attached.
These warranties are in place to protect you, our valued customer, in case something unfortunate happens. While you don’t expect something to go wrong, and we certainly do everything we can to ensure nothing does, your warranty is there for a reason.
Just in case something happens.
And at Ameritech Services, when homeowners call about a problem with their home after we’ve been there, we take a straightforward approach to handling the issue.
Our “Yes, ma’am, yes, sir” approach ensures our customers know that not only are we there for them, but we also don’t hide from mistakes.
Here’s What We’re Going To Do
We take it seriously when you call us with a question or concern. There’s no passing the buck and no “well, maybe you oughta.”
We understand that if we’re the last contractor to work on your house and something goes wrong, we’re the first people you’ll probably call.
It could be remotely related, directly related, or somewhere in between.
We’re not perfect. The mistake could be ours. So we’re certainly going to come out and investigate the problem.
We’re not going to leave you hanging.
You’ll hear, “Hey, I’m so sorry about that,” and “Here’s what we’re going to do about that.”
We’ll set you up an appointment with a technician to look at the issue. They’ll inspect the problem. And if it’s a concern of the job we did, we’ll absolutely address it.
We might even address the issue if it’s not our fault. Our sole concern is your satisfaction with our work.
When We Say “Yes, Ma’am, Yes, Sir” We Mean It
Some situations arise when a previous client asks us for help. Even though, after investigating the issue, we didn’t believe it was related to the job we did, they still asked us to come out again.
So we did. And we even came out a third time.
As Patti shares, after a roof replacement, we checked again and again for the cause of the leak in her kitchen ceiling and even suggested a cause.
Patti W. “A few months later, after the new roof was installed, we found a leak in the kitchen ceiling. We thought it was possibly an issue with the roof. They responded quickly, came out, and checked around but found nothing. This happened a few more times. Each time we contacted Ameritech, they sent someone out to inspect. It turned out it wasn’t the roof causing the problem. Even so, each time I contacted them, someone still came to the house to see if they could pinpoint the issue. It was suggested that it might be a leak from the plumbing, which, in fact, was exactly the problem. I don’t know how many other companies would do what the people at Ameritech did.”
At Ameritech, we’re a customer-first company, which means we’ll take care of you from your initial phone call to beyond the job’s completion.
An Approach That Protects YOU
We offer the warranties and customer service approach we do because we want you to experience something even more important to many homeowners.
