Back in 1999, at just 24 years old, I embarked on a journey that would later become the Ameritech Services we know today. Having worked with various home contractors before getting started on my own, I witnessed the best and the worst home remodeling services in South Jersey that the industry had to offer.
What struck me the most was the very obvious lack of genuine customer care — but no one was doing anything about it. Missed appointment times, shoddy work, and general disrespect for the homeowner was the industry norm.
